Invoicing Specialist - Denton, Texas

 

 

General Summary: This entry-level position is responsible for bookkeeping and maintaining accounts receivable records under close supervision.Duties and Responsibilities

­ Reviews customer service log, daily work reports, subcontractor bills, receipts, permits, tolls, timesheets and/or other related documentation for completeness and accuracy

­ Keys data into billing calculator

­ Exports to Solomon, verifies data on project charge entry reports and corrects errors

­ Has a working knowledge of customer billing requirements

­ Prepares paperwork for distribution to customers

­ Distributes payroll correction sheets

­ Inputs job information in tracking system

­ Performs backup for other Specialists

Performs other incidental and related duties as required.JOB QUALIFICATIONS Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

 Experience Requirements:

6 months general office experience
