Outsides Sales Representative:
Electronic Environments Corporation (EEC) provides Infrastructure Management
Solutions to 7 x 24 x 365 Information Technology and Telecommunications operations.
We provide the industry with integrated “end-to-end”services from design & construction to
on-going maintenance for their critical infrastructure facilities such as Data Centers and
Telecommunication Switch Sites.
We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representatives for our Mid-Atlantic Region.
This position has overall direct sales responsibilities and requires continual communication,
developing and maintaining solid working relationships with existing and potential customers,
while influencing them to buy EEC products. Customers include but are not limited to Electrical
Contractors, Consulting Engineers, IT Professionals and Facility Managers.
Essential Duties:
-Develop, solicit and close new accounts
-Identify decision makers and arrange meetings with EEC Management
-Ongoing Cold Calling
-Preparation of sales proposals and submittal drawing packages, presenting product information to
customers and achieving booking quota or order for EEC offerings
-Identify and suggest marketing campaigns
Other responsibilities include performing product presentation to customers, providing
monthly salesreports, forecasts and updates as well as administering sales policies and
procedures. Continually network with local subcontractors for lead opportunities. Work
with team members in field and in office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years Outside Sales experience in a technical environment.
- BA degree or equivalent job experience
- Knowledge of the local IT industry is desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage interpersonal relationships
- Independent, self-starter, driven and results oriented demeanor
