Key Customer Specialist

EPB, located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, ranked among the top ten utilities in the U.S. in terms of customer service has an immediate opening for a Key Customer Specialist in its Economic Development & Governmental Relations Division.Scope will include providing technical assistance to EPB’s largest commercial, institutional and industrial customers by serving as primary point of contact for issues relating to their utility needs; identifying and analyzing customer issues involving metering, billing, credit and contract requirements; marketing new and existing products and services; analyzing customer’s utility usage and suggesting alternative rates when applicable; developing and implementing creative solutions to customer problems; and defining the necessary resources to bring new industry technology and products to the customers while delivering high quality customer satisfaction.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business-related field with a minimum of 3-5 years related experience or training.
