Immediate opening!!!! Lead Receptionist needed! This a very busy phone! Ability to work under pressure in a calm professional manner. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions irregularities, and continuing needs. Exceptional phones skills a must! Will be responsible to screen all calls and visitors. This person will  interface with management, co-workers, contractors, clients and vendors. Positive upbeat and friendly personality required! Must have hands on receptionist/front desk experience minimum 3 years and stable work history. Basic to intermediate Excel and Word required.
