The Buzz Oates Group of Companies provide asset management, real estate brokerage, development and construction services for an extensive portfolio of industrial/office/retail properties. 

 

We seek a paralegal or other professional with at least five years experience in the area of commercial real estate/leasing.  Position will be primarily responsible for preparing leases and other commercial real estate documentation.  Strong writing skills are essential.  Requires ability to work within a system, concentrate on details and produce consistently accurate, high quality work product.  Must be well-organized and capable of prioritizing and completing projects.  Unique opportunity to join an in-house transactional team of asset managers, agents, project managers and counsel.
