Position Description:

The Corporate Construction Department has an opening for either a Maintenance Representative II located in the Eastern Division. Qualifications: Working experience in refrigeration/HVAC, food production equipment, facility/plant maintenance or other related fieldMinimum 2-year post secondary degree4-year college degree preferredGrocery store or other high volume, fast-paced retail experiencePC skills required, including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook or similar e-mailExcellent oral and written communication skills, regardless of target audienceMust be able to work independently and make sound decisionsMust be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with strong customer service focusAbility to project professional image of self and departmentKey Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Resolve maintenance-related problems for the stores in the Eastern DivisionAfter hour on call rotation required. Serve as liaison between contractors and retail managementFacilitate and research invoice issuesProvide administrative support to the Maintenance Department ManagerHandle various maintenance/construction projects, including coordinating estimates, awarding projects and managing through completionResearch, assemble and distribute maintenance-related reports and information.Travel required: Overnight travel 25% and daily travel to assigned stores. Learn to utilize the Corrigo Dispatch system.
