Management Trainee: Looking for Recent College Graduates Who Want a CAREER, Not Just a Job! Participates in a structured development program to gain leadership and sales experience in assigned areas of branch operations, including inside sales and branch operations. Participates in applicable regional and corporate training for assigned branch operations roles under the guidance of selected district, branch, and regional HR managers.  Partners with the branch operations team as assigned to observe and develop sales skills. Gains experience in regional sales and operations business practices by working in conjunction with local management.  Supports sales and branch management by functioning as inside salesperson.  Inside Salesperson - Solicits and services new and existing customers to maintain and increase the company’s customer base and to achieve rental, sales and service revenue goals. Demonstrated, effective communication skills.  Previous experience in retail, management or sales an added plus. Bachelor’s Degree. May lift/carry objects up to 25 lbs. frequently, and objects up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Occasionally requires reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching.  Working and environmental conditions may include a variety of extreme weather conditions and working around mechanical equipment and chemicals.  If you demonstrate drive, customer focus, initiative, teamwork and communication skills, you will be a successful, well-rewarded member of the RSC team.
