HighlightsAIG Job ID: AIGD-kaw-MgrFacOps-SKPosition Type: Full Time - RegularLocation: DE-WilmingtonRelocation: NoRequirementsEducation: BachelorsExperience: 10+ yearsDescription: Position Description:•Coordinating all facility maintenance and repair activities for 40+ offices across the country.•Ensure the company’s data center and associated critical systems infrastructure is maintained within the highest standards, in order to mitigate facility risks and maintain a 100% uptime environment.•Direct the activities of all maintenance contractors and vendors.•Develop maintenance and repair standards for all contractors and vendors.•Provide direction for 1 - 2 Regional Facility Managers and 5 – 6 Facility Coordinators.•Prepare, monitor, and analyze facility operating and capital budgets for multiple facilities throughout the United States.Position Requirements:•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. •10+ years work experience in Facility Management and maintaining critical systems.•Detailed knowledge of critical electrical systems, emergency generators, transfer switchgear, UPS systems, PDUs, heating & cooling systems, and building management systems is required. •A full understanding of deployment and implementation of critical facilities management programs in order to mitigate facility risks and maximize data center uptime.•Prior supervisory experience.•Experience with project management applications.Please send resume with salary requirements to AIGJobConnect@aig.com or fax to 302-252-2422.
