Basic Job Function:Manage and participate in a small team responsible for oversight of the process of equipment acquisition, fabrication, installation, start-up and transition into production. Coordinate efforts with 3 other teams responsible for different areas in replicating thin film solar module factories worldwide.  Responsibilities include:· Driving continuous improvement in all aspects of team responsibilities· Daily management of small team of engineers dedicated to equipment and processes for the bussing, lamination, wire attachment, final test and packaging.· Provide strategic direction for team through goal setting and adherence to company goals, objectives and core values.· Overseeing the entire process of replicating equipment into global factory expansions.· Oversee equipment configuration control to maintain Copy Smart strategy.· Coordination of equipment improvements involving modifications across all factories worldwide. · Effective communication and team building across all organizations. Required Experience:· Minimum of 5 years managing technical workforce with progressively increasing responsibilities· Minimum of 10 years experience in an engineering discipline· Proven experience in leading by example, coaching and mentoring other engineers · Proven experience in project planning and controls.· Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent projects under tight schedules.· Proven experience in leading multimillion dollar projects in domestic and foreign factory settings.   See Job Description.
