Manager Project Delivery Streets & RoadsAs the primary transportation agency for Orange County, the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) provides efficient transportation programs and services for the county.  Our responsibilities extend to all forms of transportation including extensive bus and paratransit service, Metrolink commuter rail service in Orange County, planned future rail, freeways, streets and road improvement projects, motorist services and regulating taxi operations. Key ResponsibilitiesIn this position you would manage project delivery of the Combined Transportation Funding Programs. You would review and approve final reports for Measure M Streets and Roads Programs. Provide assistance to local agencies through the California Department of Transportation Local Assistance Project Delivery Guidelines. Develop and implement funding policies. Make presentations to boards and committees. Knowledge of principles and practices related to transportation planning, state funding processes and project implementation. Ability to supervise consultants and subordinates. Ability to analyze, interpret and direct completion of transportation projects and programs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in civil engineering, planning business administration, or related field and five to eight years of progressively responsible engineering or planning experience.
