Manufacturing Associate

The Company applies state-of-the-art design and manufacturing technology to produce brand compliant, ready-to-install bathrooms for the hotel construction market. Eggrock’s bathrooms reduce construction time and costs while dramatically improving workmanship quality in a room that is critical to guest satisfaction.

We are looking for Manufacturing Associates who will perform various hands-on tasks needed to build bathrooms in a production line setting. Must be able to follow defined procedures and practices which will lead to the completion of building high quality bathrooms through a 12 step production line. These associates will become fully integrated into the production process, and exhibit the maturity and self-confidence needed to alert peers and management to both manufacturing problems and improvement opportunities. Must be able to troubleshoot problems with assistance from peers or supervisor depending on the level of complexity. The candidate will exhibit teamwork skills and will be expected to mentor new associates through training. They will also take pride in their job and find ways to grow their career at Eggrock.

Required Skills:

  * 5+ years experience working in a company environment, preferably manufacturing or relevant retail equivalent.
  * Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
  * Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
  * Eager to work, dedicated and inquisitive.
  * Mature, reliable and have consistent attendance.
  * Able to lift 50 lbs.
  * Able to work occasional overtime.
  * Must be looking for full time advancement opportunities within a company.
  * Experience as a team leader or other leadership role is a plus. Also prefer experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
  * Home improvement/renovation experience and/or vocational technical school background is a plus.
  * Prior experience in construction services may be helpful, although individual must be willing to learn alternative building methods.
  * Candidate must be willing to submit to background check and drug screening.

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary of $14+/hour, commensurate with experience
