Position Summary:
Operates the concrete mixer, cleaning mixer, aggregate pits, buckets, and the area around the mixer, fills buckets with concrete, uses forklifts to maintain cleanliness of concrete buckets, and maintains good housekeeping practices on the shop floor.


Qualifications (Education/Experience) and Required Skills:
• Must have experience as a precast laborer or equivalent experience in related field
• Must have Forklift Operator certification or able to obtain
• Capable of passing required physical examination
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
• Able to speak, read, and comprehend basic English
• Needs to be familiar with the operation of a concrete mixer, aggregate pits, and conveyor belts
• Good attendance and positive attitude
