Job Description:

Topp Portable Air is seeking a National Accounts Manager, based out of our Headquarters in Aston, PA. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for increasing sales and profits and ensuring superior customer satisfaction for the National Accounts division. This position will entail a combination of account management and will lead the expansion and development of new large national accounts.

Responsibilities:

·  Calling on key strategic accounts on a national level

·  Developing and maintain business relationships with existing accounts

·  Research, develop and acquire new account opportunities

·  Identify national market potential

·  Develop and execute profitable business plans for managing existing and new acquired accounts

·  Demonstrate superior relationship building skills with customers to solidify customer confidence

·  Work with Sales and Marketing to study and develop sales and marketing strategies to support selling for national accounts

·  Create and manage special or customized customer sales programs

·  Prepare quarterly reports for various data and metrics

·  Develop a quarterly goal schedule for large national accounts

·  Create and submit a quarterly travel schedule

·  Attends and works national and regional trade shows, customer events, other product presentations and participation in industry associations.

Requirements:

·  10 years or more experience in outside sales with 5 years or more demonstrated in selling to large national accounts; previous sales experience within the HVAC, construction or equipment rental industry

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent experience is required

·  Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer and market share

·  Strong technical and mechanical aptitude

·  Well organized, ability to identify market potential, develop and execute sales/marketing/business plans

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Excellent verbal skills: writing, listening, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills

·  Ability and willingness to engage in out of town travel 50% of the time

·  Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
