Negotiator

Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Negotiations Regional Manager, the Negotiator is responsible for negotiating the best terms of purchase for the equipment, parts, service, and critical materials needed for the company's cement/concrete operations. This is a senior negotiator position.Essentials Duties/Responsibilities: Evaluates national vendors through the supplier’s evaluation process and guarantees they comply with CEMEX standards and established criteria. Guarantees agreed purchasing conditions and terms are fulfilled. Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers and external vendors and suppliers. Perform other duties as assigned. Prepare and present reports and presentations to Corporate Procurement team. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Frequent sitting, standing and walking.Normal office environment.1-3 years experience in Procurement.  The candidate should be able to negotiate and have experience in cement/concrete operations.
