Network Administrator

Our organization is seeking a qualified IT Administrator.

Candidate must be capable of working in all phases of Windows systems deployment (both desktop and server operating systems), proficient in Active Directory, DNS, WINS, Group Policy, and Exchange.  Along with this candidate should have the ability to trouble shoot, resolve, and recommend technology solutions related to Windows Server and networks.

He or she should also have a working knowledge of VPN protocols (IPSec), PIX management, and layer 3 switching.  A firm understanding of TCP/IP stack and other protocols relevent to trouble shooting client host connections.

The candidate should have strong deductive skills in analyzing problematic systems and developing stop-gap or permanent solutions.  Along with this he or she should have the ability to train others on corporate systems and IT policy with an emphasis on internal customer service.

A background or understanding of VMWare ESX, Citrix (Presentation Server / XenServer, Secure Gateway, Advanced Access Control, Web Interface, and Access Gateway), VDI, SAN (iSCSI and Fiber Channel), Blackberry Enterprise Server, and Telecommunications is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills are a must.

Certifications desired, but are not a requirement: MCP, CCNA, A+, CCA
