Various associated building and low pressure boilers at the site. Under the leadership of the Shift Leader start, stop and operate various equipment. Must have a minimum of 3 years directly related experience in a critical facilities environment. Requires documented experience with critical electrical systems emergency generators, transfer switch gear, repair maintenance and operations PRINCIPLE DUTIES:1.  Candidate must have at least Low Pressure Boiler Operator License.2.  Knowledge of steam, air, natural gas and various oil systems.3.  Provides direction and training to less experienced O&M Specialists. 4.  Plans, selects, and lays out required materials for service and repair work.  5.  Must be able to read blueprints, interpret operating manuals and manufacturing specifications.6.  Adjust equipment and systems for optimum operation and energy conservation.7.  Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.8.  Troubleshooting various system problems.9.  Knowledge of Boiler Water Chemistry Testing and Procedures and external treatment.10.  Ability to handle situations during emergencies.11.  Perform PM on Power Plant Boilers and various other designated equipment.12.  Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment, by performing such task as tightening, fittings, replacing valve packing, cleaning and replacing burners, using hand power tools, etc.13.  Perform housekeeping and cleaning of designated areas and equipment14.  Must be physically able to perform basic maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, which includes ability to: climb ladders, work in confined spaces as well as changing temperature variations while on shift, lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs., etc.15.  Complies with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.16.  Perform other duties as required.1.  Minimum of 5 years experience in High Pressure Steam generation.2.  Plant experience desired ( 1C Stationary Engineer License or better) 3.  Qualifications include troubleshooting, maintenance and operation of Steam Plant, air compressors and all associated equipment.4.  Must be able to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.5.  May be required to use a variety of hand and power tools or forklift.6.  May be required to possess a valid driver’s license. 7.  Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
