Office Manager / Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper:

We are seeking an individual that is knowlegeable in navigating thru Quick Books. Needs to work well under pressure, has a high attention to detail, mulit-tasker, has a good memory, can manage time efficiantly, organized, and computer savvy.

 

Primary functions: To assist office managment with daily tasks. Data entry majority of time. Answer phone calls comming in and making customer service phone calls. Be prepaired with out notice for tasks to be given.

 

We would require the following:

-  quickbooks experience or similar accounting program (at least 2 yrs)

-  must be able to type 50 wpm

-  must handle multiple phone lines

-  must be computer literate

-  knowledge of excel and work is highly preferred

-  help manage office and maintain books

-  must have excellent customer service

-  must be self-starter and highly motivated to work in a small, fast paced, busy office

-  multi tasking

-  energetic

-  professional

-  with at least 5 yrs minimum office experience
