$86,900/year ($41.65/hour)

 

YEAR ROUND WORK, PAY AND BENEFITS

 Los Angeles Unified School District is looking for a Paving Supervisor.We are looking for an individual with proven knowledge and supervisory experience in with a minimum of four years of experience in grading and surfacing grounds or roads

 

Entrance Requirements: 

 

Education: Graduation from high school or evidence of equivalent educational proficiency at the high school level, preferably supplemented by courses in supervision, organization, management, and communications.

 

Experience: Four years of experience in grading and surfacing grounds

or roads.

 

Special: A Maintenance Planner Training Program Certificate must be obtained by the end of the probationary period. Employment is subject to medical clearance which meets pertinent provisions of the General Industry Safety Orders of the California Code of Regulations regarding protective equipment when exposed tohazardous materials, including, but not limited to, asbestos and lead.

 

Note: A valid California Driver License and the use of an automobile will be required at the time of appointment. Business mileage will be reimbursed.
