Our established (1996), fast growing, successful, privately-held company, headquartered in the Midwest, partners with clients in bringing energy industry expertise and innovative solutions that will reduce their energy costs. We also oversee the projects that turn the plan into a reality. We are looking for project managers in the Atlanta and Charlotte areas who do not mind extensive travel and have the expertise, eye for detail and communication skills to give our customers the excellence in service that they deserve.  This position is ideal for you if you understand construction, like working with people and want to make a difference with a company that cares about its clients and makes a difference in saving energy.

 

We Offer

·  A newly created position where you will oversee projects from start to finish. This will include deciding on the subcontractors on each project, communicating schedules to the client, contractors and suppliers, seeing that purchase orders are placed properly and completing financials. This will entail travel of about 1-3 days per week.

We Require

B. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in project management, installation, estimating and/or servicing. Knowledge in at least one of the following areas; mechanical (preferred), electrical and/or lighting is a must. You should have good verbal communications and basic computer skills including proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel)

C. A driven, motivated, self-starter who is bright, organized and detail oriented. A problem solver who loves taking things from concept to completion, has an eye for detail and notices specifics in any situation. An independent person with a strong work ethic who bonds well with people at all levels and believes in bringing projects in on-time, within budget and done right.
