PART TIME OFFICE MANGER WITH ACCOUNTING SKILLS 16 to 28 HOUR PER WEEK (FLEXIBLE)

Description: Fast paced 1 person office for construction company.  Must have strong accounting, organizational, and computer skills. Be experienced, able to work independently, multi-task, be accurate, reliable and resourceful, excellent oral and written communication abilities, Work directly with President/CEO assisting with company and personal affairs.  Also working directly with employees, customers, vendors and CPA.

Job Requirements Include: Proficient in QUICK BOOKS PRO 2005, Windows XP, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, In House Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations for multiple accounts, Monthly Reports: Balance - Aging - Profit and Loss,Construction Lien Forms, International Shipping, Able to competently shop all insurance policies including Workers Comp., General Liabilities, Commercial Auto, Taxes: Forms 940 - 941- DE88 -  Sales Tax - Corporate Taxes - Personal Taxes - Year End Tax Reports, W-2's, DMV Interactions, purchasing Materials and Supplies, and Some Management Of Personal Investments.
