Parts and Service Manager

ASNE works to safeguard businesses against unplanned interruptions to your power supply.  We provide standby power generating solutions for virtually any application; including industrial, commercial and residential.

 

We are currently seeking a Parts and Service Manager who will provide service and parts coordination in the New England market.  The ideal candidate must be able to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize multiple tasks as well as possess the ability to form productive relationships with personnel at OEM and partner organizations.  In this position you will also work closely with Electronic Environments Corporation www.eecnet.com

 

Responsibilities:

Manage parts inventory with Logistics organization

Quote parts and service maintenance contracts. Follow up on quotes

Coordinate generator installation, delivery and startups.

Customer Service Management with CRM package

Coordinate all warranty repair claims with factory.

Provide technical support for sales reps.

Develop preventive service business

Sell parts to walk-ins and other dealer organizations throughout New England.

Assist in training where required.

Attend sales calls

 

Requirements:

Computer literate and knowledge of MS products.

Be familiar with CRM software.

Good understand the workings of generators and good knowledge of parts.

Excellent customer demeanor.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Must have knowledge of service business.

Ability to Multi-task and must display strong organization skills
