Plan Coordinator (Administrative Assistant)

 

Pacific Coast Steel is one of the largest and most capable reinforcing and structural steel contractors in the United States. Headquartered in San Diego, Pacific Coast Steel has offices through the Western United States. We are currently seeking a Plan Coordinator to work full-time in our Draper Utah office.  Successful applicant will be well organized; details oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Familiarity with construction drawings is considered a plus for this position.

 

 

Job Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum one year experience working in an office environment.Professional demeanor, appearance, speech, and attitude.Detail Oriented Strong-intermediate computer application skills, including MS Office Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication.Ability to multi-task.Reliable, pro-active, and forward thinkingReliable transportation for the occasional delivery and pick-up of plans is required

JOB PURPOSE:

The Plan Coordinator shall provide administrative support to the Draper Utah office through the coordinating of incoming and outgoing plans.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Tracking incoming and out going plans.Maintenance of the Plan RoomScanning, copying, downloading and printing of plansDelivery and pick-up of plans may be necessary at times.  Other general support functions may be assigned as needed.

 

 

The Plan Coordinator position is being offered at $10 to 12 per hour plus benefits depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
