As Plant Manager, your twofold mission is to: (1) assess the production team and build the skills of your existing staff (average plant size of about 85), and (2) introduce your ideas for innovation and improvement into our systems and processes to enhance our performance indicators including output yield, scrap rate, safety, quality, and on-time shipping and fill rates.
