Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.CH2M HILL is looking for a Contracts Administrator to provide business services to our Dallas office.This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned subcontracts administrator, who is accustomed to working independently, to work directly with a variety of business groups and projects for Texas and Oklahoma offices and other regional locations.  This position will be responsible for assigned procurement administration (cradle to grave), including requests for proposals, cost and price analysis, procurement audits, and including prime contract administration activities in support of the Contracts Managers.CH2M HILL: Developing People through Challenging Projects Key Duties: Provides professional services in the areas of procurement, cost and pricing analysis, insurance, and other business services to support programs and projects. Provides subcontract administration support to Senior Contract Staff. Performs as integral part of the business group teams to provide support to multiple offices within Texas, Oklahoma, and other regional locations. Develops, updates, and ensures compliance with the corporate policies and procedures consistent with the contract terms, applicable regulations, and the firm’s policies and procedures. Participates in contract negotiations with the subcontractors or client as appropriate.  Provides instruction and guidance to Project Managers to ensure that projects comply with the firm’s corporate risk management policies. Provides innovative approaches and expert direction for project teams on business related matters as appropriate such as pricing, procurement, insurance, risk management, and project accounting. Provides training for Texas and Oklahoma offices on procurement policy topics and contract administration.
