Product Support Representative

Rudd Equipment Company is recruiting Product Support Representatives to work at our Clearfield, PA, St. Louis, MO and Indianapolis, IN branch locations.

 

Summary: Responsible for promoting parts, service and sales within an assigned territory.  PSR will act as a liaison between the Customers, the Parts Manager and/or Service Manager to provide information about customer problems/complaints and long term requirements.  This position is a professional sales position which requires an intimate working knowledge of our Company and the various products. Duties include but are not limited to:

 

Job Responsibilities:Promote and sell parts and service to customers within an identified territory.Increase parts and service sales to all customers, with special attention to accounts where there is not a strong or recent sales historyProvide superior customer service and promote a positive professional imageCall on customers at the time they purchase and/or rent new or used equipment to provide needed informationDiscuss customer concerns and/or complaints relative to parts/service and work with the Parts/Service ManagerCall on customers as required to ensure customer satisfactionSubmit all viable leads to the Equipment DepartmentTravel territory, various training and meetingsPerform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:Must be customer service orientedIndividual must be flexible and able to work overtime when neededBasic computer skills Must have H.S. diplomaIndividual must be flexible and able to work overtime when neededMust have excellent communication skillsMust be able to work with minimum supervision
