Product Support Sales Representative

Holt of California is seeking a qualified Product Support Sales Representative who will represent the parts and service departments to our existing customers as well as develop new customers for the dealership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Develop, promote and sell Customer Service Agreements (maintenance contracts) and ESC’s (Extended Service Coverage); inspect engines and generator sets; develop proposals and estimates; prepare and deliver quotations; evaluate and make recommendations on contract language revisions.· Working knowledge of products and services we are able to provide our customers.  Develop a working relationship with our customers.· Provide the sales and marketing departments with territory needs and sales potential.· Extensive travel throughout the assigned territory.· Cooperate, communicate and work closely with all sales, service and parts department personnel.· Prepare call reports, planner sheets and expense reports.· Implement good listening skills with internal and external customers.· Implement good problem solving skills.· Working knowledge of Windows based programs such as Word and Excel.· Follow up on sales calls as needed to ensure customer needs have been met.  Maintain good customer relations through frequent contact.  Proactively intercede when problems or disputes occur.  Enhance relationships within the scope of the Company mission statement.· Possess good communication skills.· Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; a minimum or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.     Company: Holt of California Location: west Sacramento, CA 95691 Salary/Wage: USD 30,000.00 /yearplus commission Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Sales/Retail/Business Development Occupations: Field Sales Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Associate Degree Industry: Construction - Industrial Facilities and Infrastructure Company: Holt of California Email: Apply by Email Address: 7310 Pacific AvePleasant Grove,CA 95813 Fax: 916-991-8301
