Summary:

Responsible for providing Program Management support for our SRI division in North Las Vegas before, and after contracts are awarded in the area of the AIS modular range products.  Responsible for coordinating and tracking all internal program activities and milestones, as well as external activities and milestones with the customer. This includes pre-contract support to sales, customer site audits, and post installation support. Acts as the focal point of contact and communication with internal and external customers.


This position has a high level of interaction with customers, vendors, suppliers, partners, AIS executives, sales and business development personnel. Reasoning and problem solving skills, along with solid verbal and written communications skills are strongly desired.  Must be able to interact effectively with the project team, customer and AIS senior management.   Must be self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized. 

 

Requirements:

· 5+ years of Senior level Program Management activity. 

· Excellent communication skills.

· Detail oriented, organized, reliable, superior customer service skills, team player.

· Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations with a professional demeanor.

· Management experience shall include: project management process planning, staff hiring and management, budget and schedule development and maintenance, management of subcontractors, risk management, technical management and planning, the use of management and technical performance measures to track project progress.

· Candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio and Microsoft Project.
