Project Controller

We are currently seeking a talented Project Controller to join our team.

 

AE&E-Von Roll, an international firm based in North Atlanta specializing in the engineering, construction, maintenance, and operation of environmental equipment and boilers, is seeking an experienced Project Controller.  This person will support the successful execution of our projects by monitoring and advising of its financial performance, and consulting with the Project Manager and Project Team to ensure projects are within budget and company parameters.

 

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain cost control and reporting system to support all projects and forecasting.Serve as the economic and financial advisor to the Project Manager.Serve as a key member of the project management team to ensure effective and efficient risk management at all stages of projects.Participate in the project steering committee, risk analysis meetings and all decision-making concerning financial or contractual aspects of the project.Control and optimize the project results through close involvement with necessary parties.In conjunction with Project Manager, owns responsibility for project margin.Ensure monthly and quarterly project controlling/reporting requirements and standards are met and results delivered.

 

 

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Business or Engineering.CMA/CPA is a plusMinimum of 7 years experience in project controlling in Construction industry. Strong working knowledge of construction, energy and/or boiler industries preferred.Working knowledge of IFRS and US-GAAP for POC Revenue Recognition Accounting and Cost Accounting.
