 A qualified candidate can answer yes to all of these statements

 You have a BSE degree, either in Mechanical or in Electrical Engineering.You have at least 3-5 years experience working with equipment, buildings, and machinery in a manufacturing environment.You are a creative problem solver with a high degree of analytical skills.You should have strong interpersonal skills; able to deal with opposing opinions and effect compromise.You should be a strong written and verbal communicator and demonstrate ability to write technical documents and specifications.You should have a working knowledge of hydraulic theory and systems, welding & machining techniques with experience in equipment/process troubleshooting.You have the ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical and hydraulic schematics and drawings.You should be able to work in a 24-hour rolling mill through variable shifts and /or on-call.You should have the ability to work in heat, fumes, humidity, odors, dust and noise.You are computer literate with experience in spreadsheet, word processing, (preferably Microsoft) and project management software.
