DescriptionProject leadership of machine build team responsible for assembly, installation, and qualification of ultra-high precision equipment on assigned shift

 

Duties will include:Planning: Develop & execute a detailed plan for equipment build, installation and qualificationExecution: Drive task completion to meet strict plan requirements of safety, quality, delivery and cost. Anticipate potential constraints and work to identify solutions and implement actions to avoid plan interruptions.Leadership: Provide strong leadership for team members. Clearly communicate expectations, provide an environment of open/two-way communication, solicit and act on team ideas and suggestions, provide regular (weekly) project status reports and action plans for improvements, ensure adherence to ECD/USO safety standards and all other company policies. Actively participate in cross functional teams.Innovation: Identify and implement actions to improve overall performance of assigned area

 

QualificationsGED or High School Graduate, post secondary (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a technical field) preferredExcellent organization and communication skillsDemonstrated problem solving skillsHands on experience in complex/PLC controlled machine build and installation (ten years preferred)Proficient in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawingsMust be willing to work all shifts and operate successfully in a fast paced environmentPrior experience with vacuum processes (preferred)Prior project leadership experienced (required), supervisory experience (preferred)PC literate (MS Word and Excel – minimum)Certification in Machine Trades (preferred)
