Summary:
Provides project management expertise for the design and installation of natural gas facilities including pipeline, measurement, compression, processing, etc.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs preliminary design, cost estimating, proposal development for infrastructure facilities including- pipelines, measurement, compression, processing, etc. Project execution includes initial project development & engineering through the actual implementation of project construction and final commissioning activities.
Performs project management for the installation of gas infrastructure facilities. Provides/develops job scope, cost estimates, oversight of material selection, disposition, and fabrication, equipment selection, schematics, process & instrumentation diagram's, process flow diagrams, installation schedules, bid packages, commissioning coordination and overall project management. Monitors the execution and schedule of the project and provides periodic feedback.
Coordinates the use of internal and external resources to accomplish the installation of the facilities.
Education:
Bachelor Degree from accredited four-year college or university in Engineering - Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Petroleum. Professional Engineering License is desirable.
Experience:
5-10 years experience in engineering and project management of natural gas infrastructure facilities.
