Project Manager / Building Erection

Remcon Erectors seeks Project Manager for growing Structural and Precast Division.  This is a growing opportunity for a motivated individual to work with Construction Manager to pursue and manageprojects in the midwest region. 
 

Responsibilities of our Project Managers / Estimators include:

- Explore and pursue project opportunities.

- Prepare detailed and accurate takeoff and cost estimates for various project types.

- Manage all aspects of project from contract review and buyout through construction and completion.

- Assist with scheduling and timeline for managed projects.

- Attend all project meetings and perform site visits regularly (occasional travel to project location may be necessary).

- Process all job documentation including submittals, meeting notes, billings, change orders, and closeout procedures.

- Review all costs during construction to insure a timely and profitable project.

- Estimate and manage multiple projects concurrently.

 

Qualified candidates should:

- Have an Associates degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related education and experience.

- Have 2 to 5 years minimum experience in estimating and managing construction projects ranging from 10,000 to 150,000 sq ft commercial structures. - Be able to work independently.

- Have strong communication and organizational skills.

- Be a team player and willing to accept new challenges.

- Be efficient with Microsoft and computer applications.  Timberline and AutoCAD experience a plus.

- Have a professional and positive attitude and work ethic.
