Project Manager - Contract Audits

Heery International is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our K-12 new construction project in Los Angeles, CA. The Project Manager will provide technical documentation of ongoing or completed contracts in support of contract audits by the Office of the Inspector General.  Requirements: Minimum 12+ years experience in project/construction management of commercial and/or public facilities including educational facility construction.   Minimum 5+ years experience in school building projects preferred.   Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.   Bachelors in Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Planning or Engineering is preferred.    Heery International, Inc. is an architecture, construction management, engineering, facility management, interior design and program management firm with 1000+ employees located in 30 offices throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.  All selected candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
