Project Manager / Estimator 11

Commercial Drywall Contractor seeking Project Manager / Estimator to assist in all phases of project involvement.  The services we specialize in are as follows:

 

Structural exterior metal stud framing
Interior metal stud framing
Metal framed shaft walls
Drywall installation
Drywall finish
Standard and custom textures
Fire assemblies
Sound batt installation
Acoustical grid ceilings
Specialty ceilings.

 

Estimating:  Estimate projects from $100,000 to $2,000,000 range.  Experience with On Center Software a plus.  Work with General's and Owners on all aspects of pricing, from providing budget numbers to assisting in Value Engineering.

 

Project Management:  Have complete understanding of blue-print reading.  Provide complete management of project from procurement to completion.  Schedule phases of work, manage change oders, compile RFI's,  organize manpower, turn over submittals, ability to manage multiple employees, Review of "crew" hours.
