Project Manager (Temp/Contract position)

Candidate should have a degree in civil engineering and minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in construction project management with emphasis in heavy civil infrastructure projects for public agencies; marine experience a plus; Port Authority of NY&NJ experience a plus.
