About the Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to become a valuable part of Sharpe Construction, Inc., a leader in the Construction industry, as the Project Manager who controls projects, manages superintendents; selects and manages sub-contractors, meets operational standards, controls expenses; develops cost estimates; controls project expense and maintain job-site supplies/ labor.  Candidates must have Commercial Construction experience; please do not apply with only Residential Construction experience.

 

Qualifications RequiredRequired 4-year BA/BS degree in Construction Management or related degree program Commercial Construction work experience Must have experience managing Commercial Ground Up, Site Work & Interior Build out Projects for Retail, Restaurant and Big Box Construction ProjectsProficiency in Microsoft Office Writes effectively using various styles to address a wide range of needs and audiences Ability to efficiently manage superintendents & job schedule Experience selecting and managing vendors Creates realistic plans that support organizational goals Effectively allocates resources and time Project management experience, including planning, budget, and performance Construction Scheduling; Tasks on Project; Buyout Experience; Creating and Maintaining Budgets
