Project Manager with Marine Construction/Engineering experience needed for private island management company located off Miami Beach My client is an exclusive resort and residential management company which offers management to high end residential condominiums for a private island located just off of Miami Beach. All owners of property on the island are required to pay fees and enroll to my client’s services; which include the Transportation Department (ferry and commercial barge operations). This department, coupled with the many other services my client offers, employs over 230 full time employees. My client now has an immediate need for a Project Manager within the Marine Department. This position will report direct to the Marine Director, who is also the VP of Transportation. The position will be his “right hand” for capital projects. The successful candidate must have experience with the following- Strong experience within the marine construction or engineering industry, which includes anything from a sea wall to a barge or ferry landing. Successful candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience A Degree is required Strong work ethic and ambition Bilingual would be a plus Only local candidates will be considered Compensation This is a Full Time which carries a Base Salary of around $60,000 Plus Bonus, and FULL Benefits, inc.
