Project Manger

VERREX, one of the leading Audio Visual systems integration and service companies is seeking AV Project Managers for its Boston office.

 

Project Manager Responsibilities:Coordinate with client regarding detailed scope of work, timeline, schedules, etc. Communicate detailed scope of work, timeline, schedules, etc to the project engineer. Coordinate with operations manager to create Microsoft project schedule. Track and update project progress within Microsoft Project. Ensure conduit, floor boxes, AC power, cable, etc. are being installed according to the drawings and on time to meet the project schedule. Submit change order forms to client/consultant. Drive approval for any submittals including changes, orders, RFI’s, drawings, etc. Communicate with operations department to coordinate field installation, shop fabrication, programming, truck delivery, etc. Site management including installation by VERREX and subcontractor employees. Coordinate and schedule completion of punch list tasks.

Qualifications:Must have Project Management experience involving complex systems with external customer  focus involved. Have experience managing A/V projects.Must be able to handle multiple tasks.Must be well organized.
