Project Superintendent, ACHA Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties will include, but not be limited to: coordination and oversight of subcontractors and suppliers, to assure overall compliance with schedule requirements, budget and quality control, as well as adherence to the Zirkelbach Safety program. Additionally, there will be interaction with the clients, design professionals and AHCA representatives. Familiarity with AHCA walkthroughs, inspections and certifications is required. The need is immediate with this local project starting in May of 2008 and having duration of 8 to 9 months. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) experience Familiarity with AHCA walkthroughs, inspections and certifications Commercial construction experience required with extensive field knowledge Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing Team Player with proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, subcontractors and governmental agencies Excellent problem solving skills and decision-making abilities High-energy, self-starting and performance-oriented Great time management skills Positive attitude and solid work ethic
