Quality Assurance/Quality Control Director - Construction

ITSI's clients include all branches of the Department of Defense in addition to municipal and commercial clients.

 

ITSI is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Director for our corporate headquarters group in Walnut Creek, CA.  We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast paced, busy environment and like a challenge.

 

Responsibilities include the following:

 Develop and manage ITSI Quality Control program for construction services.  Develop and issue project specific QC programs for client approval.  Train, support and supervise project specific QC managers.  Travel to and support project start-up, execution and close-out.  Provide regular quality audits of projects consistent with direction.  Support proposals by analyzing RFP requirements with respect to quality and delivering quality text for inclusion into technical proposals.

 

Qualifications:15 years experience in the vertical and horizontal construction industry. 10 of those years in a quality management role and 5  years managing quality on DoD MILCON or Sustainment projects and programs.  Demonstrated quality leadership capabilities on large MILCON and design-build projects. B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management  preferredP.E. registration preferred
