Real Estate Analyst

Our Real Estate Analyst will need to be comfortable with analysis work including spreadsheets, databases, validating data and drafting recommendations and conclusions.Requirements  Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 3-4 years Real Estate Finance experience with an understanding of the valuation of commercial and income properties. You must also have knowledge of lease and basic real estate documentation along with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. We also need the candidate to be able to interface with corporate, finance, legal and asset management professionals on a high level so strong communication skills are a must.
