Recruiter

Henkels & McCoy, headquartered in Blue Bell, Pa., a national Utility Construction and Engineering firm is looking for a experienced Recruiter for our Corporate Headquarters. This hands-on role will be responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to Henkels & McCoy hiring managers.  Performs lifecycle recruiting   Assist Recruiting Manager to develop advertised job descriptions and requirements. Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, sourcing techniques, and employee referrals. Participates in job fairs and networking opportunities.   Assist with the screening of resumes and initial phone screening or in person interviewing. Refers candidates to the next level of interview.  Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements through the Regional Admin if necessary. Document the entire recruitment process through our applicant tracking system. (ICIMS)
 Bachelor's degree is preferred   knowledge of Employment Laws required knowledge of EEO and Affirmative Action Recruiting Procedures required Four plus years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required.  Excellent Interviewing skills required Skills in a wide range of interviewing techniques including, behavioral interviewing a plus.   Must have applicant tracking systems experience. Microsoft office experience required. Construction experience a plus. AIRS certification a plus
