Job Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the full life cycle recruiting process as well as assist with other HR projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and monitor applicant tracking system.

· Coordinate interviews for candidates and Hiring Managers and prepare interview schedules.

· Maintain candidate database for agency applicants.

· Conduct candidate telephone screens.

· Assist in collecting and coordinating candidate feedback from managers.

· Assist in the preparation of job descriptions.

· Write advertisements and place open positions on company web-site and job boards.

· Conduct candidate reference checks and manage background check submittals.

· Assist with campus recruiting initiatives (registering for college career fairs, scheduling information sessions, etc.)

· Assist with Summer Internship Program.

· Work with Recruiting and Marketing to create recruiting collateral.

· Coordinate New Hire Orientation schedules and logistics.

· Perform various administrative duties to support the Human Resources Department.

Education, Work Experience, and Technical Skill Requirements

· A Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Resources field preferred plus 2 years of HR experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 

· Industry experience preferred.

· Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

· Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

· Exceptional customer service focus.

· Superior verbal and written communication skills.

· Commitment to confidentiality.

· PC Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
