Regional Facilities Manager

Foxx Construction, LLC. Is a subsidiary of d.e. Foxx & Associates, Inc., specializing in Facility Management and Construction services.  Our facility management group is rapidly expanding in the Midwest and Southwest and we are seeking a Regional Facility Manager to join our Cincinnati, Ohio office.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the delivery of scheduled, non-scheduled, and emergency recovery support services for a  500,000 to 1MM sq. ft. multi-site domestic portfolio

· Maintain  direct communications with portfolio customers  and establish an ongoing relationship through which business priorities are understood at all times

· Ensure customer satisfaction  by achieving agreed to service responsiveness,  cost,  quality  and other performance measures

· Assist in the development of the annual management plan

· Accomplish the key performance indicators established by  the facility management team

· Partner with service provider(s) to provide consistent quality delivery and share best practices with other portfolio sites

· Assess specific  performance of suppliers, vendors and contractors after each job and maximize utilization of those that consistently meet and exceed performance targets

· Assist in achieving client diversity targets and track level of spending with certified Minority/Women owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE)

· Ensure compliance with Foxx Construction and client minimum audit standards

· Oversee the development and timely submission of all periodic client reports

· Review and approve  scope, schedule, and budget of repair and maintenance plans that exceed cost threshold established by client

· Provide Project Management leadership as needed for special initiatives

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facility Management

· Excellent customer services skills required

· Working knowledge of facility HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems

· Minimum of seven years experience in the facility industry

· Excellent written and oral communications skills

· Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs

· Experience with using work order management and CMMS software is desired

· Excellent organization and management skills required
