Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc., located at 12920 Gravois Road, St. Louis, MO, 63127, is seeking a professional to fill the position of Office and Rentals Coordinator. Kirby-Smith is a leading distributor of heavy equipment, such as cranes, and we also have a rentals division. This position is responsible for handling all the day to day administrative activities of the Rentals Department as well as general clerical duties of the branch. It is a highly visible, responsible position requiring the ability to handle multiple priorities, attention to detail, follow-through/follow-up abilities, outstanding customer relations skills and computer literacy.We require a minimum of two years demonstrated experience in a responsible position preferably in the heavy equipment or commercial construction fields.Must be able to learn company-specific software and be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet.Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and invites any qualified person to apply.
