Roofing Manager

Nations Roof, a National Commercial Roofing Company, is seeking a motivated Manager in our Rolling Meadows, IL location.  Nations Roof's management team consists of talented and experienced professionals, who have worked in the industry for hundreds of years collectively.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate their knowledge of varied roof systems, such as Single Ply Roofing, Built-Up Roofing, Modified Bitumen Roofing and Metal Roofing. 

Edge Estimating hardware experience very desirable.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Ability to run Operations of a growing Roofing companyBe able to estimate all varieties of roof systems Assist with providing deliverables to clients, such as Roof Construction Proposals, Roof Repair Proposals and Roof Inspection Reports Enter data into bid documents Close out construction projects with all necessary paperwork, including warranties, change orders, executed contracts and invoice copies. Coordinate paperwork and filing Assist with projects, as needed Comply with company policies and procedures Possess communication skills to work with both employees and customers
