Roofing Repair Specialist

Well-established (over 40 years in business), growing, reputable commercial roofing contractor has a “ground floor” opportunity growing a new division for this company. The successful candidate will have five (5) plus years roofing experience, strong leadership abilities, detailed oriented, a passion for timeliness and excellence, and the ability to communicate to all levels in an organization. 

 

Essential Qualification and Functions:

 

·  Five (5) plus years thorough knowledge of and experience with commercial/industrial/public building roofing installation and repair;

·  Experience with membrane application highly desired;

·  Customer service experience with ability to resolve technical, logistical and scheduling problems;

·  Manage all aspects of the jobs to meet the high quality service standards required by our company;

·  Ensure that adequate planning and organization is maintained to ensure timely completion of service and repair;

·  Regular communications with customers to evaluate and resolve problems;

·  Expand customer base to grow departmental revenue;

·  Work independently or with a helper to promptly respond to repair requests;

·  Develop and present accurate repair quotes to customers;

·  Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends;

·  A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
