SALES ASSOCIATE - CONSTRUCTION - B2B

BEC, Inc. is a specialty electrical contractor that sells, installs and services fire alarm, security, access, and CCTV systems for commercial buildings and facilities.

 

Job Description:

Service existing accounts as well as establish new relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, building management firms, engineers, and building managers.

 

Additional, responsibilities include picking up plans, take-offs (blueprint familiarity a plus), preparing proposals, some monitoring of job progress, and assist with some collections.

 

Qualifications:

  Strong communication skills.

  Energetic and motivated.

  Ability to work independently.

  Detail oriented.

  Prior business-to-business sales experience preferred.

High School diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

MS Office proficient: Word & Outlook

  Reliable transportation, valid drivers’ license, and proof of insurance required.

 

Compensation:

  Base salary plus commissions.

  Cell phone and car allowance.
