SALESPERSON/DRAFTSPERSON

Sales Department/Engineering Department

Alsina Forms is the American subsidiary of Alsina Group, one of the leading European Formwork companies with over 50 years experience on helping contractors create concrete structures easily and safely. We specialize in selling and renting formwork equipment.
We are looking for two different possitions: a salesperson and draftsperson and P.E.'s for our new Branch in Chicagoland, wanting to grow professionally in an expanding international company.

SALES DEPT.

Job Responsabilities
-Prospect, develop and build-up of new sales opportunities and accounts in Chicagoland and neighboring areas.
-Participate in the creation of a new Branch.
-Analyze customer needs, carry out projects and develop the most efficient forming solution for the customer.
-Elaborate and negotiate proposals with customers, working as a team along with administration and warehouse staff.
-Manage your own account of clients, developing long-term relationships.

ENGINEERING DEPT.

Job responsabilities
-Participate in the creation of a new Branch.
-Become the link between the Engineering Dept. and the sales Dept.
-Help and participate in field service.
-Support the Sales Dept. with technical solutions.
-Elaborate Engineering Drawing for projects.
-Collaborate with the R&D Dept. in the development and monitoring of new products and systems.

Desired profile
-Bachelors Degree, preferably Technical degree/ Equivalent experience.
-Sales/Construction experience desirable. Experience or contacts with reinforced and frame concrete contractors a definitive plus.
-Self motivated and ability to work autonomously.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Team player.
-Willingness to travel.
-Strong experience in CAD and other drawing, design and Technical software (for the Engineering Dept. only)
