CUMMING CORPORATION currently has a need for an Senior Cost Manager in our Honolulu, HI office.

Qualifications:
•BA/BS degree in construction or related field
•7-10 years experience in the construction industry
•5 years of estimating
•Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
•Experience in On-Screen Takeoff preferred
•Good written and verbal skills
•Must be able to interact with clients
•Ability to prepare detailed, accurate estimates
•Must be able to lead estimating team
•Self starter and self directed
•Able to multi-task and be flexible

Job Responsibilities:
•Prepare accurate estimates at schematic and design development level of design
•Meet deadlines
•Provide value engineering services
•Set up work breakdown structure
•Prepare task order
•Deliver estimate in time allotted
•Direct and lead estimating team
•Review and estimate change orders
•Reconcile with GC’s or peer review estimator
•Some travel required
